The fund is designed not only to help the flood victims but also to help the people who suffer from various hardships, in particular orphans, the disabled and so on. For instance, a song by Meas Soksophea entitled “Heart (Teuk Chet)” was written to express thanks to the charitable persons who have contributed their personal resources to the Meas Soksophea Heart Foundation and to display the activities in providing relief to victims despite the fact that the relief is not very significant and cannot help them fully recover from the hardship they are experiencing. They are able to help to some extent and this fund is a generous movement within the nation. The Meas Soksophea Heart Foundation is currently raising additional funds, therefore we would like to appeal for funds in cash or materials, in either small or large amounts/numbers from charitable persons both locally and overseas according to your good deed. All funds will be posted in the Charity section under Special thanks. Your funds will truly go to the victims.
